Protein sequencing provides the amino acid sequence at the N-terminus of your sample. It can be used to positively identify your protein and peptide.

Our protein sequencing process is accredited to ISO/IEC 17025: 2005 by UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service). This allows samples to be analysed from GMP processes.

Working with both peptides and proteins, we provide a rapid turnaround of samples on blots, from gels and in solution. We can sequence samples of synthetic peptides for QC purposes and have the additional capability of sequencing peptide libraries on beads.
